Yes. The OmegaX footbed lifts out, so your orthotics can go in its place.
The outsole is soft natural gum rubber with a shallow lug. It has not been tested to a certified slip standard (ASTM F2913 or similar), so we do not call it slip-resistant. If your unit requires certified slip-resistant footwear, check that before you order, and take care on wet floors.
The upper is an open knit for airflow, not a sealed barrier. A splash wipes off with a damp cloth and mild soap.
